Deliveries take place from our warehouse in Upplands Väsby within 2 working days from the order being placed. We normally use Schenker as a freight forwarder and strive to only use green freight.
In the event of shipping damage, the damage must always be reported directly to the driver upon receipt, regardless of which carrier is used. Notification must also be made to the forwarder used. In the event of non-visible damage, so-called "unpacking damage", the report must always be made to the forwarder used. Notification can be made within 7 days after the goods have arrived. Packaging and shipping documents must be saved until the forwarder notifies that it is no longer needed or that the matter is closed. We would like a photo of the damage as well as a copy of the report or alternatively a case number if we are to help make claims against the forwarder.
Buyers who wish to return an item must always contact us in advance for approval. The product must be returned with a completed return notification in undamaged original packaging. The return is at the customer's expense. You can find the return notification here.
The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to normal use and not to consumables. Damage due to incorrect or careless use is not covered by the warranty. The invoice must be presented for the guarantee to apply. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damage, additional work or other additional costs in connection with the use of presold products. If a fault is discovered on a product and the warranty is invoked, the faulty product is sent to Moxashop.se together with a completed return notification. Returns without a completed return notification or our approval will not be processed. The return is at the customer's expense and risk. If the warranty covers the fault, the product will primarily be repaired for return to the customer. If a replacement unit is desired, this is ordered in the ordinary way. Should there be no fault with the product, an analysis fee will be charged.
If the product is not covered by the warranty, the defective product is sent to Sensor Control Nordic AB, together with a completed return notification. The return is at the customer's expense and risk. If we assess the defective product as repairable, the cost of repair will be notified to the customer, after which a decision on repair is made.
Cancellation of an order can only take place after approval by Moxashop. After approval of order cancellation, we are entitled to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 25-50% of the total order value.
